So happy to have found music again after all these years - in such a new and meaningful way.

For those who've known me a while, you may remember I was a performing musician for many years. I even played my way across the country via train a few times.

From the dive bars of Vancouver and Toronto, I now invite you to join me for Energy & Sound Healing sessions at this magical riverside studio this summer in PEI.

Or I'd be thrilled for you to join a group event - which hold their own potent magic.

Healing instruments include voice, crystal bowls, chimes, drum, and more. 𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭, gentle 1:1 Energy Healing is weaved throughout, for clearing, balancing, and restoring the subtle body.

My broken camera perfectly captured the post float glow.

If you're an energy sensitive or healing a janky nervous system (from trauma or chronic stress), I can't recommend floating enough.

I am so grateful to have found this practice about 10 years ago (props given to ). We'd make the 4hr drive from PEI over to in Halifax (bridge toll and all)!

I find it's suchhhh a relief to turn off the external "noise". And, it's SO interesting how every float is so different.

Some are really restorative and relaxing, like the coziest nap. Others feel highly creative with oodles of ideas pouring through.

Lots have been deeply spiritual, connecting to guides, healing past memories.

And, some are really challenging to be present, with the brain ping ponging, and I wrestle with returning to patience and compassion.

Last time, I astral travelled but didn't come back fully. Hot tip: be sure to call back all your Energy into your body. I couldn't walk straight for like an hour 😅 I literally felt drunk. Ooopsy!

Today - I was guided to focus on some physical healing in my gut and womb.

It's truly a beautiful healing and practice space.

Seeing as I posted a story earlier about facilitating a nature walk & talk session (DM/email me to learn more!) - what a perfect day to share some photos I did (with the lovely & amazing ) during a recent Wild Woman shoot (so much more than a "photoshoot").

What an experience to be held by & let nature be the witness in our unfolding.

Blessed be the healing & magic of Mother Earth - despite it all, still willing to hold us & love us unconditionally.

I've been attending various Spirit Fairs over the last few years & I just love connecting with people in this way. It's great for getting a taste (at a reduced & special fee), but don't be fooled - there have been many deep insights, connections (& tears!).

I'm super stoked about this upcoming weekend's OUTDOOR event hosted by The Alchemy of Gathering: Wellness - Community - Creativity, as the venue ( Coleman Woodland Gardens) offers more space (24 acres of dreamy nature!), so I'll be be setting up a fulllll cozy & private'ish scene to do Hypnohealing Journeys!
