Sometimes life takes unexpected turns, and while we thought we’d be closing our doors, things have shifted — and we’re thrilled to share that The Reset Room is staying here in Gladstone! 🎉

We can’t wait to keep welcoming you in, helping you recharge, and being part of your self-care journey.

Bookings will be open until the 22nd of Aug with a brief intermission until the 12th of Sept!

The Reset Room is closing its doors in Gladstone, with our final day of sessions on Friday, August 22nd.

It’s been an honour to walk beside you on your wellness journey, and we are beyond grateful for your support, trust, and shared moments over the year.

We're off to Adelaide for the next chapter — full of fresh beginnings and new adventures.

This Friday, I’ll be taking on a challenge that’s equal parts wild and wonderful — walking non-stop for 24 hours around this loop at East Shores, Gladstone (yep, the one I’ve scribbled all over).

That’s right - no sleep, just me, my legs, and about a million laps of this path — all to support our incredible Aussie farmers through Rural Aid 💛

Why?
Because while I get to stop after 24 hours, they don’t. They are continuously fighting the effects from drought, floods, fires, or the heavy toll it takes on their mental health.

I’ll be walking from 10am Friday to 10am Saturday — and I’d LOVE your support: Come down and walk a lap (or ten!)

We’re so proud to share that The Reset Room. community has helped raise $320 so far for the Mind over Miles 24-hour walk, supporting Rural Aid and the incredible work they do for our Aussie farmers facing hardship.

This fundraiser is about walking in solidarity with those who keep our country running — the farmers doing it tough behind the scenes. Every dollar raised goes toward practical support and mental health services in rural communities.

Mind Over Miles is doing an online raffle to raise awareness and funds for Rural Aid. This is a cause that sits close with us here at The Reset Room.

We would love if you got involved. We are also still doing a $10 donation for every massage done between now and the walk!

We’re now less than 25 days out from the 24-hour walk for Rural Aid, and it’s time to get behind the cause.

There are only 70 tickets available, and once they’re gone, the winner will be drawn. Every ticket sold helps support farmers doing it tough through Rural Aid.

As you know, The Reset Room is proudly supporting Jac from M.O.M in her walk for Rural Aid!

An online raffle is currently going on, $10 a ticket to go in the draw to win $350 and a mind over miles tee!

Let help get the word out there for our Australian farmers and rural communities!

Cash, a tee, and a good cause? Count us in.

We’re running a raffle and it’s as simple as this:
