Avista Senior Living North Mountain From daily activities, organized outings, nutritional meals, we provide a friendly, active community for our residents. A little assistance goes a long way!

We accept Medicaid and offer private studio and one bedroom apartments! Avista offers our residents a chance to maintain as much of their independence as possible while accessing help in the areas they need. Caregivers are available to help our residents with their individual challenges and to provide companionship in a family environment. Enjoy our outdoor ramada or join us for a meal in our rest

We are here to help our ALTCS (Medicaid) beneficiaries who have United Healthcare, Mercy Care or Banner insurance through AZ Long Term Care.

✨ Baptism Testimony: Meet Kelly ✨

Yesterday, we celebrated the baptism of our dear resident Kelly, a faithful member of our Sunday church group.

Eight years ago, Kelly faced a life-threatening brain tumor, major surgery, chemo, and radiation. She had to relearn how to talk, walk, and live daily life. She lost her hair and eyebrows, but never her faith.

When told she could have a private baptism to avoid showing her without her wig, Kelly boldly declared, “Let the world see me!”

Her courage, faith, and joy are a powerful reminder that God’s love makes us strong. 💙

🗣️Shoutout to our marketer who decided to make a quick pit stop on his way to church every Sunday to invite our residents to church.
