BYFS is one of the State of Maryland's 19 Youth Service Bureaus and has been serving the City of Bowie since 1973. We provide family counseling to families with children under the age of 18, group counseling and education, and other programs for children, youth & families in the City of Bowie and the greater Bowie area.

A Community Conversation on Safety and Community in Our Schools will be held March 4 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at City Hall. The evening includes perspectives from PGCPS Representative Robin Brown and others, along with a small resource fair in the lobby.
