My passion the past twenty yrs is to be as healthy as I possible can be and to help others achieve the same. I am a mother of three kids, a wife , a nurse, and a bussiness major. This page is designed to allow others to see what I do on a daily basis to achieve my personal goals. It is designed to give you a direction to proceed to meet your own fitness and nutrition goals. A healthy body is not

built over night. It took me many years to become this strong and lean. Its a lifestyle change that is easily attainable. I use all Arbonne wellness and nutrition products and supplements as well as I am a district manger and independent consultant. Arbonne has allowed me to drop the last 20 pounds and to see muscle I didn't even know existed. I would love to see you reach your goals whether its to loose a few pounds, eat healthier or just to gain more muscle. I am in the process of being a Certified Trainer with ACSM and will hopefully take my test in June. I can still do personal training as I have spent 20 years lifting weights on my own. This morning I woke up to him having blood in his stool.

He would not eat or drink this morning . He is at Hopewell and we are all sad and very tired ☹️

He is only 2 lbs ☹️
