My friend and fellow osteopath Rory Lemon is offering this course to help you develop consistent movement and exercise practice. If, like me, you feel too busy or too tired or too something else to do any exercise then maybe give this a go? Most of us need to move more, and most of us feel so much better when we do. The course is suitable for people with ongoing chronic health conditions as well.

It’s been a funny 7 months, hasn’t it?
