Hi there 👋🏻

It’s me, the “By Kate” part of Euphoric by Kate. I thought since I am nearing 100 posts and just over 400 followers, I should suck it up, take the selfie 🫣…and post a little about me.

So here goes, I grew up in Wyoming, pursued post secondary in Peterborough and moved back to Lambton County in 2011. After 8 years of providing home daycare to so many beautiful babes, my youngest was starting kindergarten and it was time to pivot careers.

Thankfully I had experienced Poised by Jolene. The first time I left her space, my mind was blown. I didn’t know I could feel so lifted and clear. After each session that same feeling was there. I felt so strongly that our community needed more opportunities to experience this “Euphoric” sensation. We have been go go go in survival mode for too long. It’s time for a self-care shift.

In spring of 2025 I completed training, set up shop and practiced on friends and family. When I felt like I was making progress in making sessions my own I started opening up studio hours around my family’s 1700 schedules.

My partner Jamie is the most incredible support. He was on top of driveway snow removal, now onto yard maintenance and even tends to the Euphoric loads of laundry. Our three kiddos fill the house with the best chaos, laughter and love. We love board games, puzzles and movie nights. Macho our security we**ie keeps a watchful eye…when he’s not buried in his blankets.

My studio has become such a valued space. The air is different in that room and the energy is such a good vibe. I’m so grateful for everyone who has entrusted me with their relaxation and self-care. I treat it as such a privilege to serve you in this way. If there’s something you are looking for, but it’s not on my menu, please reach out. I’m always looking to expand Euphoric’s offerings.

We returned home from dance in the middle of the night Sunday/Monday and it’s been a busy start to the week, so we jumped right back into the whirlwind events of day to day.

I am LOVING seeing all these gift certificate holders booking in. 💗
