Aged Puerh Tea. This Puerh tea comes from a pesticide free tea garden in Yunnan province China. I visited there 3 times. It is a post fermented tea and aged 5 Years. Also has 5 year aged pesticide free red tangerine peel added. A highly beneficial tea.

Rose petal Black tea. I used a very fragrant black tea and added rose petals to it. Makes a delicious tea with very nice fragrance. A pure enjoyment tea.

Aged Silver Needle tea. Silver needle is an early spring tea made from buds and not leaves. These buds can be aged to make this wonderful tea even more mellow and sweet. Also improves benefits of drinking. One of my favorites.

Pu’er tea. This is ripe Puer which means it goes through a fermentation process. It has similarities to composting. The leaves are covered by tarps and water is applied when needed as temperatures. Taste mellow and has many benefits.

White Peony tea from Fujian Province on the east coast of China. One of my favorite places to visit in China. This tea is from the buds and leaves of a white tea cultivar. Tastes like it a dash of honey in it. Very pleasant tea.

Orange Pekoe Black Tea. From central China. Makes a very mellow tea with mild sweet hints of honey with floral tones. A very good tasting tea that picks me and good before activities. The color is so brilliant!

Lei Kou Chai. Another Dancong tea from Guangdong province in southeast China. Organic certified. Has a hint of jasmine flavor and slight Smokey Carmel tones of flavor. Has a lingering aftertaste and this tea will make many brews. I like the taste and like that is has a high nutrient profile. Nice afternoon tea.

Phoenix Dancong Tea B Grade. This is an oolong type tea produced in the Northern mountains of Guangdong province in southern China. I first saw them in 2003. Then again a few times in the following years. A delicious tea full of minerals. Makes many brews. If you brew too long it can get bitter.

GABA Oolong tea. From the high mountains of Taiwan. The taste is better to me when grown in the climatic conditions you get when farmed in higher elevations. Normally less chemicals used in farming in higher elevations. This tea is fermented in a steel chamber. Changes glutamate into GABA. Very smooth tea that makes multiple brews.

Greek Mountain Tea. This herbal tea is caffeine free. Many historical uses. Taste is smooth and refreshing. I brew it with boiled water for 5 minutes for first brew and then 10 minutes for second brew. A third brew I make is by steeping with the boiled water for hours, overnight sometimes.

Japanese Kukicha tea that is organic mixed with sencha green tea pieces like they use at Sushi restaurant. Kukicha has a corn like taste high in aminos. Sencha adds the pep in your step.
