This Friday November 28 join us for the next Installment of Spirit School, my Psychic Development and Energy Healing Workshop taught by ME, Grace Lannon, Psychic Medium and Energy Healer

This Class will be focused on Sacral Chakra Energy !

🐯Connecting to Creativity, Life Force Energy, Sensuality and Divine Flow 😇🍊

Beginning our circle with some guided self massage for the face and body !! (I am also an esthetician with advanced facial massage training ayyyy 😛😌)

In this class we will be doing a little art healing, bring your sketchbook, notebooks, extra paper, pens, markers, crayons (no paint allowed due to the location and the pretty rugs 🤪)

Followed by a guided shamanic healing journey and hands on energy healing.

It is encouraged to wear ORANGE for the healing ceremony, special sacral opening elixirs will be provided

Bring your extra woo woo aunts and fun cousins for a special holiday edition of Spirit School, I know a lot of people have time off work so bring the family ! (18+, all genders, all levels of experience welcome)

Given that last invitation( I never say this cause I feel it’s obvious) but since it’s a holiday, this is a sober event, NO DRINKING and JOURNEYING on my watch 😛

Every class I want to take pictures then I forget 🙃

thank you for coming to my class last night Spirit School 🏫!

It’s been so fun evolving this project over the years, join us every other Friday for in person workshops, this next class will be centered around the Sacral Chakra

I’m also scheming and planning up a Pateron or some kinda membership to launch in the new year, planning to go more in depth into Spirit School Subjects, like energy healing, psychic development, mediumship, akashic records, readings and meditations

Feeling each class could be a 59 part series and that’s not possible in person so I’m thinking of ways I can bring more information forward as well as help others who are not local or unable to make the in person classes!

Been wanting to do this for years but I feel it’s finally time and I also think so much of what I want to help others do is help themselves so that’s why I love teaching so much 🖤

We’ll be starting with a short lecture (not boring I promise I know lecture sounds 😴) sharing about the energy body and the Root Chakra and how working with energetics connects to Psychic Development, and lots more Magic

Going into a few exercises (bring a journal) 📓 to connect to and understand/ experience this energy.

Ending with Guided Shamanic Journey+ Energy Healing to ground the body, clear space and energy within to release fears, guilt and disconnection (energy that sometimes get trapped in the Root and Lower Body) and connect with your own Inner Energy Healer to begin to bring healing into your own hands, allowing yourself to receive love and support from the Divine, from Reiki and most importantly from yourself.

If you have never done a shamanic journey it will feel like a deep state of meditation, sometimes you even may fall asleep, for this portion of class you will be laying down and will also receive hands on Energy Healing.

Ending the class with music, light stretching and encouraged movement, I like to end with a little lightness and get us ALL the WAY back in OUR BODIES after a deep meditation.
