Have you ever had one of those days, when no matter how long you stick at what you're doing, and no matter how much effort you put into it, nothing seems to get done?
Me too! Until I allowed myself to do one thing...
PAUSE!
When I pause, it breaks my chain of thought -
allowing space for creative new thoughts and problem solving
When I pause, it breaks the repetition of meaningless movements that are draining my energy -
allowing space for mindful movement with purpose
When I pause, it breaks the pattern of an unproductive day -
allowing me to get it back on track
