Simple. Balanced. Hormone-friendly 💛

This is the smoothie I reach for on busy mornings when I want steady energy, stable blood sugar, and long-lasting fullness.

✨ Ingredients:
• 1 banana 🍌
• 150 ml Greek yogurt
• 100 ml unsweetened nut milk
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 2 scoops (±50 g) unsweetened pea protein powder
• 1 tsp Five Health Spice from 🌿

🌀 Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

• Calories: ±400–430 kcal
• Protein: ±40–45 g
