Sinapic acid? Never heard of it but here is another natural compound that has amazing benefits. In college we were taught about some great ingredients in our whole foods and I'm realizing more and more that I only know a small part of the tip of the proverbial iceberg. It's becoming clearer and clearer that to eat a large variety of whole foods is sooooo important. We are what we eat!!!

This will help a lot of people. The science of what drives our eating is relatively new. The hormone Leptin which gives us the sensation of fullness, was only discovered in 1994. There is so much to learn.
