One hour of sauna and ice bath access (ice bath optional) followed by a cup of cacao and an hours relaxing sound bath hosted by Tallie from The ...

Depending on popularity we will add more dates but at the moment we will start with one evening a month and see how it goes.

£25 per person for the two hours.

Wednesday 13th May, 6-8pm and 7-9pm
