Wishing the very best 🌹 to our Reno Regional Operations Director, Aviana, on her next adventure! She has been with Joint Ventures since October of 2014 when she opened our Sparks, NV clinic as a full-time Wellness Coordinator. During this time, she was introduced to the art of healing through chiropractic care in which she now can’t imagine her life without! She was promoted in 2016 to Senior Wellness Coordinator and in 2019 to Regional Operations Director. Aviana is continuously amazed at the impact Joint Ventures and The Joint Chiropractic has had on our communities year after year. Although we are going to miss her immensely, we’re excited to see how she grows on her next wonderful mission.❤️
