✨ This practice was dedicated to getting really focused on breath again. 😮💨
I think through the maelstrom of moving, even though I have remained fairly active, I have lost sight of this most basic practice of recognizing inhales and exhales. Like truly taking a pause to be so mindful of breath (not just at the beginning and end of the practice). Every sun salutation, every sustained pose, every flow. Creating space to try the crazy things like firefly because you are FULL of breath.
Breath brings energy you didn’t know you were lacking. Breath brings a calm you didn’t know you needed. Breath is everything. And if you are having trouble finding gratitude in your everyday life, you can ALWAYS be grateful for the breath.
