Loving Biodanza

In February every year I celebrate that back in 2011 I had the great chance of trying something new. I had never heard about Biodanza before, so after browsing, reading a bit around and watching some videos on Youtube, I still did not understand what it was about, so I decided to go and try by myself. What I experienced there changed my life, my perception of the human existence. Or should I better say that actually I found something I had always felt and had always known? Biodanza gave me the chance of sharing this experience with so many other persons, rediscovering the joy of moving and feeling part of the music, my vitality, my flexibility, alligning with the rhythm of my heart, feeling healthy, loved, loving and full of life, feeling also silence and resting in company... It is hard to put into words all the experiences, so instead of writing or speaking, I now I wish to expand it to everybody I can! I hope to meet you soon in the the Dance of Life!
