𩸠Clots, Micro-Clots & Fibrin Weâre Seeing in Blood Work
More and more, weâre seeing elevated fibrin, hypercoagulation patterns, and signs of micro-clotting in labs.
We are seeing it EVERYWHERE now since CV years.
Your body is designed to form clots when needed â itâs a life-saving mechanism.
When clotting becomes excessive or youâre dealing with micro-clots (tiny fibrin deposits that can impair oxygen delivery and circulation), thatâs when fatigue, brain fog, chest tightness, and poor recovery can show up.
Fibrin is a sticky, mesh-like protein your body makes to stop bleeding. Itâs essential.
But when fibrin hangs around too long or builds up excessively, it can form web-like strands in the blood (đ¸ see my image) â thickening flow and impairing microcirculation.
Less flow = less oxygen delivery.
One supportive tool to consider is nattokinase, an enzyme derived from Natto soybean. It supports the bodyâs natural fibrinolytic system, helping break down excess fibrin and promote healthier circulation.
But root cause should always be part of healingđ
Some suggestions I offer for support healthy blood flow are:
𼏠Leafy greens + berries & beetroot (vascular support)
đ§ Garlic, ginger & turmeric (circulation + inflammation balance)
đ Omega-3 rich foods (healthy blood viscosity)
đż Ginkgo, hawthorn, cayenne & bromelain (traditional circulation allies)
Supporting liver pathways with, hydration, mineral balance, and lowering inflammation helps too.
Because healthy blood starts with healthy terrain.
â ď¸ If youâre on blood thinners, have a bleeding disorder, are pregnant, or pre-surgery â donât self-prescribe clot-modulating enzymes or herbs please work with a qualified practitioner.
Root cause health = restore flow.
Healthy blood. Healthy oxygen = Healthy cells.
This is not medical advice, always work with a specialised practitioner trained in LDBA.
