Wanting to learn more about hauora, strengthen healthy habits, or maybe just looking to meet new people and get moving in a supportive group environment. This program is designed for you!

Learn more about health and wellness and get moving in group fitness classes over 14 weeks. Each week focuses on a different area of your hauora.

Whether you’re brand new to group sessions or getting back into the routine, everyone is welcome.

Starts 3rd of March. 2 sessions a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 2pm with catch up sessions on Fridays, same times.

Absolutely stoked and deeply proud to stand alongside this incredible whānau at our graduation. The first to enter and complete
Te Rangapū Whakaora✨️🎓

This journey has required commitment, courage, trust and deep reconnection back to whakapapa, to matāuranga māori and to the healing power of Mirimiri and Rongoā Māori.

Te Rangapū Whakaora acknowledges that we all hold our own unique strengths, whakapapa and wisdom within us... and by weaving them together we can create a solid foundation were everyone's gifts are valued and shared to create healthy strong communities.

The vision was to develop and grow a space for heart-led kaimirimiri in the Wairarapa to meet the increasing demand of the mahi within our wider community.
To witness the dedication and growth of each of our tauira has been truly humbling. Heart-led is truly who they are and I couldn't be prouder!

Now comes the Waananga after the Waananga..its were the mahi will truly start to take form. Learning to trust themselves in their own skins- in their own potential💫 Continuing to mentor and grow this roopū into a hauora community rongoā space, and grow our ACC practitioners, where whānau can experience Rongoā in all it forms. Its exciting to see where this haerenga will take us💜

Ngā mihi nui to Justine Thorpe and Rawiri Hirini from Tū Ora Compass Health for hearing the karanga and responding to the growing need for Rongoā māori in the Wairarapa. Your support has helped to make this kaupapa possible to strengthen the pathway for whānau to access this important mahi. We acknowledge and thank you for standing alongside us in servicing our communities here in the Wairarapa.

And last but not at all least! Another great big mihi! to the whānau and to the whare..Te Aroha o Te Tangata- Te Waka iti! I am so incredibly grateful to share in this space and for Brenden and I to have the privilege of being the kaitiaki of the whenua here. A space where everyone is welcome..where everyone feels at home.. a space where we all feel we belong 🥰

You may want to deepen your bodywork practice, or strengthen your understanding of Te Whare Wānanga.

My heart and intention is to uplift Wairarapa whānau and grow our kai mirimiri practitioners within this rohe-

This is an open call to those who may be sitting on the fence...but feeling the pull toward the Foundational Romiromi Wānanga in January.

Some opportunities don’t come around often. It has taken a few years to convince Ruatau to come to the Wairarapa, and this wānanga may not be offered again in a hurry.

We’re very aware that this is a financially heavy time of year, so we’ve reduced the cost to support accessibility. This will mean shared kai rather than catered — returning to a more whānau-style way of gathering.

✨ Investment: $650

• $300 deposit to secure your place
• Payment plans can be made available- touch base for details.

We do need to confirm numbers by next Friday 27th before Ruatau and Esha book their flights.

This two-day wānanga offers deep insight into Papa Hohepa’s teachings, grounding participants in the foundations of Romiromi.

Before you get fully caught up in the Christmas whirlwind…buying presents..that let's be honest!!! no one really needs! Ask yourself.. Could you give a little more this year? Something that doesn’t cost anything... just your time, your presence...your ARO-HĀ...

I know there are a lot of people struggling right now...They just need someone to be there with them, fully present. Not brushing past. Not trying to fix anything. Just sitting with them where they are.

Friends. Whānau. Work colleagues...Real, meaningful conversation is what's needed whānau! Real life connection.. beyond the surface layers..

The gift of presence...of truly being there for someone. is quite often overlooked, yet its value is priceless. To be seen. To be heard. To feel understood = to be valued!

LAST COMMUNITY CLINIC 2025

This week is our last clinic for 2025. Our rōpū will be working out of the back of Maorilands. Entrance 11 Raukawa Street, 4pm - 7pm.

We want to acknowledge the support of our local whānau and community who come with open manawa to recieve. We love providing this clinic and get so much joy in sharing this space with you all.

As some of you are aware Whetumarama and I are expecting the arrival of our twins next month so we may not be restarting clinic until February 2026. So if you are wanting to get some Romiromi and Mirimiri to see you through the festive season now is the time.

A huge mihi to our hosts Hā Pai Wellness who have been our base for these clinics for the past 2 years and also to Maorilands who have graciously offered us their space as our kauapapa ora grows.

Come and see the full team āpōpō and let's enjoy this time together before we wrap up 2025.
