Here's the next Jc Tai chi workshop.

The workshop will cover Chi Gung standing and loosening exercises, Form corrections for those who already know the Yang short form and learning the opening sequence for those who don't.

In the session will also be a chance to practice the Push-Hands and Application aspects of Tai chi chuan.

The workshop shop is open to everyone and as ever it'll be a relaxed and fun environment to learn in. Feel free to message me an questions and see you soon.

Der Workshop umfasst Chi Gung-Steh- und Lockerungsübungen, Formkorrekturen für diejenigen, die bereits die Yang-Kurzform beherrschen, und das Erlernen der Eröffnungssequenz für diejenigen, die diese noch nicht kennen.
In der Sitzung besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Push-Hands- und Anwendungsaspekte des Tai Chi Chuan zu üben.

Here's the next Tai chi workshop date. There'll also be a chance to learn and practice the push hands aspect of Tai chi too with an added 45 mins for those who are interested.
The workshop is open to everyone, and as ever taught in a relaxed friendly manner.
