🌿 How to Make the Healing Soup
Ingredients
Beetroot — ½ medium
Carrot — 2 medium
Tomato — ½ (optional for lycopene & heart health)
Ginger — ½ inch
Black pepper — ½ tsp
Rock salt — as per taste

Water — 2 cups
Lemon — few drops (after cooking)
Method
1. Wash & chop beetroot + carrot into small pieces
2. Add water & boil for 15–18 min until soft
3. Blend into a smooth soup
4. Add rock salt + black pepper + ½ tsp ghee
5. Add lemon only after removing from flame
6. Serve warm
