As a physio, I spend a lot of time talking about exercise.
But this is your reminder that movement doesn’t have to look serious.
Tried padel for the first time this week and it ticked all the boxes:
✅ Social
✅ Fun
✅ Surprisingly good cardio
✅ Didn’t feel like “exercise” at all
...and that was on a cold Monday night outdoors in Cardiff in January!
If you’re stuck thinking movement has to be the gym, running, or perfection — it doesn’t.
👉 The best exercise is the one you enjoy enough to come back to.
