I wrote heart felt letters to each of my beautiful retreat attendees and finished with my own.
My dear Cas,
You have walked through so much to become who you are now. You have stood in the depth of your own becoming, not through force, but through tenderness. Through remembering. Through returning.
You have held spaces that you once dreamed of, but could not yet name. You held them before you fully believed you could, because your soul remembered even when your mind did not. You have become soft without losing strength. You have become grounded without losing spirit. You have become spacious without leaving yourself behind.
You remembered that you are not just someone who guides others home.
You are someone who is also allowed to arrive home.
You remembered that softness is not weakness. It is medicine.
You remembered that leadership does not require performance. It requires presence.
You remembered that love is not something you only give. It is something you are meant to receive.
And you remembered that every woman who stood before you was not separate from you.
They were reflections. Mirrors. Echoes. Invitations.
Every heart you witnessed was an aspect of your own.
Every softness you held was softness you reclaimed.
Every breakthrough you saw was proof that you had already walked that path.
And every woman you loved was a reminder that you, too, are worthy of being loved that fully.
You remembered that you are not just a facilitator.
You are a story.
A flame.
A remembrance.
A return.
You remembered what it means to hold space,
but you also remembered what it means to be held by it.
You stood exactly where you once longed to stand.
And when the moment arrived, you did not rush past it,
or shrink beneath it,
or wait for someone to validate it.
You breathed. You opened. You owned it.
You walked the path of softness and power.
Sisterhood and sovereignty.
Leadership and love.
Depth and lightness.
Presence and purpose.
And finally, you remembered:
I am not becoming. I am returning.
I am not learning. I am remembering.
I am not performing. I am embodying.
And you are not done yet.
You are only just beginning.
With love, reverence, and truth,
Me đ¤
