Yesterday, we proudly hosted our second Registered Managers Forum at our office in Maidenhead, welcoming fellow Right at Home UK Managers from across the South East 🤝

It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate, share best practice, discuss sector updates and strengthen the support we provide to our Clients and Carers.

Working together ensures we continue delivering outstanding, person-centred care within our communities 💙

Rated Good from CQC Inspection! We feel very proud from this amazing result. It was possible only with everyone’s hard work 👏🏻💪♥️♥️♥️♥️.
The report included a number of wonderful comments, including:
• “There was a strong culture of continuous improvement, with staff given time and resources to explore new ideas”
• “[Staff] are always very respectful of [my relative] and never make assumptions about her. They take the time to understand what matters to her and that really counts”
• The provider embraced people’s individuality and valued their mental health as much as their physical well-being.
• People’s interests and passions were actively encouraged, which in some cases created excitement and gave them meaningful activities to look forward to.
• The provider went above and beyond to support one person in having regular visits to a place of personal significance, which had previously been inaccessible due to their health condition. This experience was invaluable for the person, as it enabled them to reconnect with past memories and enhance their sensory experiences.
• “The staff are very good at communicating with me. They’re helpful, patient and always make sure I’m comfortable with what’s happening.”

🎉First ever Basic Life Support Training for Kids!!!!🎉 This half term we brought kids with their mothers (our amazing carers) to the office and delivered few simple techniques how to help someone.❤️ It was fun, interactive and a way to spend time together. 😍 Obviosusly there were pizza, snacks and chocolate! The kids really loved it especially to wrap us in bandages 😄!
