Last month was Mental Health Awareness Month and while we did not post on it, we definitely observed it.

Physical exercise is good, it's great for building stamina, endurance, and the like. However, if your mind is broken your endurance is wasted.

The past 2 years have been really tough for most people. The pandemic opened our eyes to reality. Some people are still struggling to cope in the new normal.
