Eat A Rainbow Every Day! To be healthy, kids need to eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables every day. By using a rainbow as a guide, you can ensure that children benefit from a wide range of vitamins and minerals. No single fruit or vegetable provides all the nutrients that kids need. By breaking produce down into color groups of red, orange, yellow, green and purples you can make eating fruits and vegetables fun and easy for kids! Coffee and Connections is a quarterly in person gathering where families who have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss are welcome to come together for guided conversations and insight into what a healthy grief process can look like, as well as practical coping strategies for moving forward WITH the memory of your child.

Those who are supporting the bereaved and the grief adjacent are welcome and encouraged to join us too. This would be spouses, grandparents and close friends who want to better understand how to be present in such a painful time.
