Glucose & triglyceride are getting worse than previous test 6.0 and 288 respectively. Doctor told me I need to cut down on carb otherwise I will be taking medication very soon. Then a friend/neighbor called that same day and shared with me how he has been through with ketogenic diet (high fat low carb) and there is a product that can get me there faster than what has taken him couple months of discipline and strict diet. I bumped into him at the gym couple times and was very impress with his physique and transformation but was paying much attention how he did it. Anyhow I picked up 5 sample bags of Keto/OS that same day and started taking first one on 8/14 and eating keto foods (mostly Costco spring green, rib eyes, egg, and cheese), no rice and any other sweet stuff I usually crave for. It was tough the first two days without rice and orange juice :)
We don't have a scale at home, and hardly use one at the gym. By 8/14 after a work out I noticed my waist sides a bit curve in. I was not expect any weight loss rather getting my glucose level down. I dropped almost 5 lbs since the doctor appointment. By 8/21 I lost another 2 lbs but not so sure if the gym's scale is right. Next day I bought a scale form Target and boom it is still at 137.4 from 145.5 (8/10/16). I do not really know its long term effect is but I am feeling very robust through out the day and notice my three days a week workout routine flowing through very smoothly, no exhaust feeling 1/2 way through. I have learned so much basics of how our body create and burn fuel, and keto diet the last few days. Hope the information of this pages can help or at least make small impact of your health. I am not an extreme athletic nor nutritionist but willing to learn and change for better on daily basis. Simply just want to last longer to enjoy my fruit of labor.
