I want to thank all our patients for trusting the clinic over the past 16 years. I hope we served you well. Tomorrow is the MSK Healthcare & Performance Clinic's final day. Having taken the decision to close to concentrate on my research & lecturing. I will have limited availability to see sports injury patients at my colleagues' Michelle East Coast Sports Therapy Clinic. (see link)

Throughout April/May, I'm looking for runners to participate in a PhD research study. You must run 6x800 metres on a track wearing sensors to gather biometrical data and measure your hip strength pre-post run. Then repeat this session within a month to ensure the reliability of the data gathered. You will receive the data of each run and an explanation of what it means.
You do not have to be a quick runner, as speed is irrelevant to the data.
However, you must be a member of an affiliated runner club registered with British Athletics and aged 18 yrs - 75 yr.
