Identity is an internal filter in our subconscious mind and actually the strongest force that controls our behaviour, because we all have a need to act consistently with the way we identify ourselves.
So the way we identify ourselves is super important!, because it informs the action we will take.
Believe what you deserve and match the self talk. For example if you are working towards a fitness goal, your identity is:
"I am a high energised athlete"
"I am a healthy mum"
"I am a strong athlete"
"I feel good, when I exercise"
If you think you are overweight, tired, unhealthy or don't deserve that fitness goal, then you will not progress, because you will take the action by how you identify with yourself.
You can apply this to any goal, relating to work, money, relationships, business or personal development.
Empower yourself to take action, by reading and writing down the identity you choose, every day, until it becomes ingrained subconsciously, because once you embody that identity, in the moment, it will be easy to continue to take action, when you feel like you can't. You just need to remember who you are growing into 💥
