What I do

Four years ago, after the birth of my youngest son, I fell into a hole, I hope no one else ever falls down. It was postpartum depression, but I didn’t know. All I knew was despite all my best efforts I felt I was failing as a mother, and I thought that my family would be better off without me.

I don’t want any other mother to feel so alone, so stressed that she doesn’t feel she’s worthy to ask for help.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

I have spent the last year getting myself in a better place so I can help other women if they start to fall down this hole. I have dedicated my postpartum doula studies to helping new families prepare for new babies, and the impact that new baby will have on the mother, the parents, and the family as a whole
