Whether someone is depressed or just telling you about their problem, they need to be heard not to be compared or judged.
When they hear any of these phrases they might feel they are boring you and are not important to you, so they might just show that they agree with you and won`t open up to you anymore even though they still don`t feel good.

Your toolkit for flu and cold season:

Most of the times flu, cold, stomach flu or sore throat are due to viruses, so strengthening the immune system to fight the invaders is the way to go.

- Neti pot: with warm water and salt cleans the sinuses
- salt water drops in the nasal cavity helps with sore throat, you can make it at home with sea salt and warm water
- Cold press sesame oil can be used as drops in the nose to soften the throat specially at night.
- Vitamin C: helps the immune system. It can be taken up to 6000 mg a day at times of sickness. EAT fruits to get vitamins. Fruit juice contains the sugar and no fiber and at times of illness it just weakens your immune system. Vegetable smoothies are a better option.
- Zinc gluconate or zinc citrate streghnten the immune system. These are the more absorbable and more effective forms.
- Selenium is another important immune booster.
- Garlic, onions, oregano oil are all antibacterial and antiviral. Dida tablets have these oils in addition to other effective oils. So if you can`t tolerate the raw garlic or you can`t take the smell, this is a good option to always at hand from the occurrence of first signs.

Try to cook and eat vegetables and fruits of the season. Fennel taste well with fish. It can be eaten raw in salads or cooked.
Cut it in strips and cook it with a bit of water and extra virgin coconut/olive oil till it turns soft.
In the second photo above leak is added with turmeric, dry oregano, fresh dill, Himalaya salt, saffron, extra virgin coconut oil.
The combination helps to prevent bloating, indigestion, seasonal depression (saffron, fatty fish).

This is what real "less calories" or "zero calorie" looks like.
Zero calorie in food industry is used to say that processed foods like cookies, biscuits, ready made foods, etc contain lots of calories (mostly from sweeteners and flours) without any nutritional value.
What you need in the food is nutrition. Added vitamins and minerals to products is always the indication that The product lacked any nutritional value and to compensate that companies add cheap inabsorbable vitamins.
For losing or maintaining your weight you don`t need especial PRODUCTS. You need fresh unprocessed PRODUCE which don`t need labels.

Should you drink red wine or grape juice to benefit from the miracle properties? Is it really good for you?
Grapes skin contains antioxidants and polyphenols that do amazing things for the body from eye health to hearth health since it is anti-inflammatory.
- Fermented foods are good for gut health if nothing is not added to them and the product was not pasteurized (since in the process heat destroys the benefits). Wine is a fermented food but not all wines specially the cheap ones went through the whole process without additives.
- Wine made out of grapes which contain antioxidants on their skin but in order to benefit from this property you should drink THE WHOLE BOTTLE.
- Wine has alcohol and alcohol in any shape or form is toxic for the body especially liver.
So don`t deceive yourself by reading a magazine article to justify your drinking habit. Or considering 1 glass of wine as a healthy habit.
*Juices lack the skin of the grape that contains the amazing benefits and are just concentrated amount of fruit sugar that`s why after drinking juice you most likely feel thirsty. In addition to that store bought juices are pasteurized which means they were heated so they`ve lost vitamins and minerals.
>Solution:
Eat grapes themselves or have them as smoothie not juice. This way you consume the skin which contains the antioxidant and get fiber not just the sugar in the grapes.
Also green tea, dark chocolate and berries have polyphenols as well. so drinking wine is not the only way too "health".

Enjoying and surviving hot summer days doesn`t need to be filled with sugary, artificially colored and flavored treats.
Hear is an easy example:
-Freeze some berries/ peeled and sliced mango/ nectarine or sliced melon or pitted cherries
-Use the food processor to make smooth blend. You may need to pause several times to scrape the fruit from the bowl. Adding some pure coconut milk helps to get the smooth texture easier.
- Serve with rasped pure chocolate, rasped coconut, silvered almond
