Yesterday we went canyoning and repelling at Pisia which was very challenging but also super fun. I only got 4 hours of sleep last night so I’m proud that I pulled this off.

Then we went to Epidavous to see the ancient amphitheater and remains of the medical center there that existed so many years ago. Creepy to see the ancient medical instruments they used. Ouch.

Had a great meal in the old city in Nafplio and had the best Greek salad I think I’ve ever had.

Today we hit Mycenae and then we’re taking a 4 hour drive to Meterora where we’ll hike to see the Byzantine monasteries on top of cliffs and mountains!

Nafpolio Greece is a stunning seaside village in the Peloponnese region.

We walked the 999 steps to the Palamidi Fortress and then walked along the harbor and had a lovely lunch that had a separate vegan menu for me!

Tomorrow we’re going canyoneering. Wish me luck I don’t get injured like I usually do on our adventures.
