Stop, drop, and pour a glass of water before anything else today 💧

We’ve been launching challenges and building momentum in the LMF community, but it’s time to bring back a key habit: hydration.

2.5 to 3L a day isn’t random, it directly impacts your energy, focus, performance, and recovery.

If you’re feeling:
• tired in the afternoon
• headachy during workouts
• “hungry” all the time

It might just be dehydration.

Simple win:
• 500ml before coffee
• 500ml before meals
• keep water in sight all day

It’s an easy habit that changes how you feel fast. 💧✌️

And it’s not just happening inside the studio.
Our members-only online spaces are buzzing too, with check-ins, wins, and accountability showing up every single day.

We’re loving seeing all your walks for our Walk Across Canada 🗺📍 challenge being shared, and hearing the ways you’re locking in your non-negotiables for 85 Beast. 💪🩶

That’s right, we have two ✌️ challenges running side by side, both raising our level of discipline and purpose together.

The open road is calling... 👟 🗺️

Inside our members only community, we’re taking on a powerful challenge inspired by Terry Fox (reminding us that this space here is so much more than just workouts).

Introducing: The LMF Walk Across Canada Challenge.

Our members are teaming up to collectively walk and run across Canada; all the way from Victoria, BC to St. John’s, NL… yep, just a casual 7,800 km

We’ve intentionally built this to start on the anniversary of Terry's Marathon of Hope and finish on his birthday, June 28th - a timeline that actually means something, and a reminder of why we’re doing this in the first place. It also wraps up just ahead of Canada Day, which makes it feel like an even more epic way to end. 🤍🇨🇦

Oh, and we are giving back too!!!

We’re raising funds for the Terry Fox Foundation along the way.
