RLCC is a charitable non-governmental foundation, founded by Dr. Mohamed A. Al-Kamel in April 2013 under the Civil Law of Yemen, by collaborative efforts from the International Society of Dermatology (ISD), the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) with constant support of the ISD’s Community Dermatology Task Force member; the visiting dermatologist Dr. Luitgard Wiest (Germany). Licensed under number 5/13, April 2013, under the law number (1) for the year 2001 of the Republic of Yemen.
