What's that saying? "New year, New me"
Does anyone actually stick to this "New years resolution"?
As there are many people working from home due to this pandemic. Eating healthier and staying fit has become more of a painful task than a change of eating habits to live a healthy lifestyle.
There are 5 tips in order to feel and look healthier
- Incorporate the foods that will give you the nutrients your body needs to function correctly.
- Take a lunch break and small 5 to 10 minute breaks during the day. If you're able to go outside, get some sun and do something you love to give your brain a break from work
- If exercise is something you dread, start with stretching outside in the fresh air and slowly get into doing something that will break a little sweat.
- And lastly, preparation is key. Make sure you have done the shopping for that week with all the healthy foods you plan on preparing and eating. Stay away from the junk foods or sweet treats when you feel bored. Make sure you have the healthy snacks close by if this is the case.
And the most important of them all. Drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Your body can't function properly if you are dehydrated all the time. Your energy levels will always be low if you don't.
