I used blocks in my last class and I was explaining to the kids the different levels you can put the blocks in. I said, this is smaller, medium and large and one of the kiddies said, oh baby level, mommy level and daddy level.

It just put such a big smile on my face, so next time you use yoga blocks I hope you have learnt some new terminology to use 😊😊

This will be my 4th year running Yoga-Nastics and I realised I have never introduced myself 😆

Hi 👋🏻
My name is Keeta. I was a teacher for 10 years when I realised I needed to make a change. Working with children is my absolute passion and I wanted to give children the tools to cope with life, that I noticed were lacking in the classroom.

I have been doing yoga myself for many years and did gymnastics growing up, so decided to join two of my favourite things.

Watching children learn and grow physically, emotionally and mentally is why I love what I do so much.

Glad we have finally met 😊💙🌻
