We get this a lot: how much must I train a day to lose weight? Exercise is not about “burning calories”. Most of your fat loss is going to come from what you put in your mouth. Stop thinking that training is going to make you lose weight. If you want to lose weight, focus on your diet. Diet changes will make the largest contribution to weight loss.
