The woman behind the wellness.

Meet Ash — massage therapist, wellness warrior, safe space maker, and crochet queen 🧶

If you ask Ash why she got into wellness, she will tell you that she had a dream to help people heal in many ways without feeling invasive. The woman who inspired her most? “My mom. She’s always been my biggest example of what it means to give back. She taught me that following my passion and leading with empathy isn’t just a strength, it’s a skill. And honestly? It’s something no textbook could teach me.”

She also feels inspired daily by her clients, the women juggling careers, kids, and everything in between. “They’re actual superheroes,” she says. “I learn from them all the time. They remind me why I do what I do.”

Ashes' biggest pet peeve is when clients don't do the beneficial "homework" she gives them, and don't get her started on toilet paper. (It goes over, people. Every time.)

You might not expect it, but when she’s not treating tight muscles or building wellness plans, she’s crocheting amigurumi, listening to Pavrotti (since birth, thanks to her parents), and writing for wellness blogs around the world.

One thing she’d tell her younger self?

“You’re not just going to heal pain. You’re going to be the safe space. It might get heavy sometimes, but it’s so worth it. Keep going.”

And her go-to trick after a long day that she wishes EVERYONE could know? A castor oil + Epsom salt bath. Soothe the muscles, soften the skin, but rehydrate after. “Trust me. It’s magic.”

✔️ Use richer moisturisers (think body butters and oils)
✔️ Avoid overly hot water
✔️ Stay hydrated, even if you're not sweating (dehydration is actually a big issue in winter!)
✔️ Gentle exfoliation helps slough off dry skin
✔️ Don’t skip SPF—UV rays are still around

Flu season sends everyone scattering to Dischem when it's too late and the bug's been caught.

Ash is a massive promoter of prevention over cure, so to have the viruses passing you by she wanted to share her flu bomb. It's tasty and packs a big punch.

🍯 2 Tbspn honey
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🫚 Fresh ginger (cut as preferred)
🍂 1 tsp turmeric powder
🍵 3 Cups of mint or green tea
🌶 A pinch of chili powder

Directions:
1) Make the tea and set aside to steep
2) Place all other ingredients in a heat-safe jar/ container
3) Pour steeped tea over herbs, mix well
4) Strain or drink as is.

Drink it 2-3 times daily to combat flu symptoms and boost your immune system.

Our Story

What once started out as a simple college assignment, turned into a passion project based upon the idea of helping people feel the best that they can possibly feel!

One holistic therapist and one makeup artist/ social media manager came together to create something that does not only flaunt the positive effects of glitter but helps people feel happier, healthier and more balanced.

Today we stand, 4 years later, two brains smarter and a hell of a lot stronger but one thing has never changed: the quest to help people feel happier within themselves...
