Here are five simple tips to get you started:

When buying packaged foods, look for shorter ingredient lists with minimal added sugars and artificial additives!
3. Build Meals with Whole Ingredients.
Instead of focusing on what to avoid, focus on what to include. Aim for balanced meals that include a protein, colourful vegetables, healthy fats
