The magic of special Golden āteaāš§” ā¦when home or when I travel, Iāve made a healthy habit of having this special mix of spices - turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, paprika with fresh Lemon and Ginger juice and hot water.
Each of these spices offers unique health benefits: let me explainā¦
1. Turmeric:

- Supports joint health and alleviate symptoms of arthritis.
