These are the last few classes until we close our doors at the salt rock center and embrace the new!

Stay tuned to find out more about our new venue at Dos Palmas, in Salt Rock for exclusive personal one-on-one training and semi private functional training classes. We will also continue to offer yoga on a Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8:30 am at Burndale Farm.
