Pose: Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I)
Affirmation: I honour my resilience.
Why: Builds confidence and grounded strength.
Mythology: Virabhadra—strength in service of truth.
Breath: Inhale lift, exhale soften jaw (slow rhythm). Inhale 4 counts and exhale 6 or 8 counts. Hold the pose steady and with ease for about  minute or so each side.

Gratitude for Balance
Affirmation: I find steadiness within moveme
Why: Enhances focus and inner equilibrium.
Mythology: The sacred tree as a bridge between worlds.
Breath: Even breathing through the nose (5 cycles).

Why: Grounds the pelvis, connects to earth energy.
Mythology: Prithvi Devi, the Earth Mother.
Breath: Slow exhale emphasis (inhale 4, exhale 6), soothes the nervous system.
