Hi! I’m Paula.
Discovering Yoga was one of the best things that ever happened to me. It made me present, calmer, healthier and happier. It’s often said that when you are doing what you love, Monday never comes. Well I agree while doing yoga a Monday just never feels like one to me, how can it when you forget everything for the duration of your practice and purely focus inward.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate travel industry, I have been working on a way to connect like-minded people with what I am good at, Travel and what I love doing, Yoga. There seems to be so many options available but which is the best one to fit you and your budget.
Through travel We Move Active would like to help those wanting to travel, while still being able to practice yoga in the most amazing locations around, finding the perfect retreat or to go on the perfect holiday with family or friends. Maybe you are on a business trip with a few days spare, wanting to attend a workshop or retreat, in the area you in. Let us help you find it!
