Setup
β€’ Stand with feet shoulder-width apart
β€’ Toes slightly pointed outward
β€’ Chest up, shoulders relaxed
β€’ Core engaged, spine neutral

Movement
β€’ Push your hips back first, then bend the knees
β€’ Lower your body as if sitting on a chair
