I am beyond grateful for every moment,this family and beautiful life.

This valentines, we invite you to join us for a morning of yoga & pilates to love on our girl Chanty.

All proceeds go towards her brave new step of becoming an independent women’s health physio and the set up of her own practice in umhlali.

We will have a 30mins pilates session led by Tash Barnard from TashB Pilates followed by 30mins of yoga by Lauren Pinnoy from The Yoga Studio.
