Intercare Bedfordview welcomes Dr Martin Rosendorff to our facility. Martin has a wealth of experience spanning 30 years as a General Medical Practitioner. He joins our growing practice that offers excellent medical services to the community. Our 5 Doctors, Tanna Loser, Eleni Bizos, Charity Matlala, Martin Rosendorff and myself Christopher Moschides have a combined experience of over 85 years in medicine. Added to that the convenience to the community are our practice hours. We are open 7 days a week to accommodate families and working people as we are open from 7am - 7pm weekdays, 8am - 3pm Saturdays and 9am - 1 pm Sundays.

Dr Rosendorff is a registered Family Physician who graduated with an MBChB from the University of Cape Town. He has been in private practice for over 35 years, initially running his practice in Bedfordview before joining a group practice in Germiston. Dr Rosendorff is dedicated to addressing patients' medical and surgical needs. He consistently offers patients a compassionate ear and applies his best diagnostic skills. He looks forward to rejoining his colleagues in Bedfordview.

I am so sad to share with you the news of the passing of Dr Dennis Rossouw on July 19, 2024. Our deepest condolences go to his wife Marion, son Dion, daughters Karen and Nichola and to their families.

Our condolences also go to Dr Tanna Loser, Dennis' granddaughter who completed the circle. She followed in her grandfather's footsteps, and works with us at our practice. She too is an exceptional doctor and she looked after her 'Gandpa' so well during his last illness.

For many of us, Dennis will be remembered as being the perfect example of a medical doctor. From 1969 to 2004, he was the senior doctor at the Dunvegan Medical Centre. During those years Dennis worked tirelessly as a General Practitioner serving Dunvegan, Bedfordview, Edenvale and surrounds. He was well loved by all and most likely delivered at least one member of each family should you have lived in those suburbs.

For me, Dennis Rossouw was my mentor and one exceptional partner. He employed me while I was completing my military service. He had a wealth of knowledge and an exceptional set of clinical skills which he always took time to generously share with me. Dennis was responsible for shaping our practice which has now allowed us to take the practice to a new level.

I am sure you our patients and friends in the area who had come across Dennis over the years either at the practice or in their lives have some fond memory of him that we would love you to share.

Dennis, you were an inspiration to us all and we say goodbye to a dear soul who will not be forgotten. Rest in Peace.

We had such a successful evening at Intercare Bedfordview this evening where we invited our medical colleagues for a drinks evening to see our wonderful, new facility. Over 55 specialists took the time to visit and to meet Dr Charity, Dr Eleni and Dr Tanna. It is great to have such a wonderful referral base that allows us to offer excellent care to our most important asset - our patients.
