Hi folks. We are so excited for this busy weekend! Here is where all you can find us.

Competition time! I am relaunching our new and improved oil range. The oils are made with natural oils (that I make myself) and essential oils. We are a holistic based practice.

A little perspective before the challenge begins....

Happiness in a bottle is for anxiety, stress, adhd, overwhelm etc it helps you to calm, focus and accomplish what you need to, leaving you feeling better at the end of the day.
Sleep in a bottle quiets the mind so that you can sleep deeply and recharge, detox and feel refreshed. Resulting in a better day.

Migraine and headache oil helps to relieve these conditions.

Memory oil is great for calming you and ipe ing the neural pathways associated with memory and retention of memory.

There are a few more to come...

The competition is to come up with a name for the oil range. I do not want to use the word organic in the name. The winner will win 3 bottles of roll on oils of their choice. They have to be in South Africa to recieve the gift. Let the games begin. Leave your comments below.
