Not all fractures cause intense or immediate pain , some may only cause swelling or mild discomfort at first. Others may not look out of place at all.

Never assume a bone is fine because someone can move it or “tough it out.”

If there’s swelling, deformity, or inability to use the limb normally, seek medical care promptly.

An untreated fracture can worsen over time, leading to long-term damage.

Blisters from burns can look minor but should be treated with care. If a blister is small, closed, and painless, leave it be.

Popping it can open the door to bacteria and cause infection. If it opens on its own, apply a protective ointment or barrier cream and cover it with a clean dressing.

Keep an eye on signs of infection like redness, swelling, or pus.
