Hey, I’m Simone Figueiredo 👋🏼

Life coach, mindset hype girl, runner, dog lover… and someone who gets what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly chasing more.

I’m 28 and have always been drawn to all things mental health, growth, and feeling like your best self. I started running when I was about 14 (thanks to my grandpa 🫶🏼), but only really fell in love with it in 2023. There’ve been a few setbacks (because… life), but I’m back, stronger, and currently training for my first full marathon 🏃🏻‍♀️

At home, I’ve got my two little chaos agents—Raj (yes, named after Rajesh Koothrappali 😂), my Shih Tzu, and Twyla, my Frenchton. They run the house, I just live in it.

If you see me out, I’ll probably have an iced coffee or matcha in hand (the sweeter, the better ☕️💚).

I spent 4 years as a counsellor in private practice, but I realised something: so many people don’t need “fixing”… they need guidance, clarity, and someone to help them actually move forward.

That’s what led me to life coaching, and I’m obsessed.

Now I help people build confidence, get unstuck, shift their mindset, and start showing up as the version of themselves they actually want to be.

Some think it’s unnecessary.
Some think it’s “woo-woo.”
Some think they should just figure it out alone.

And that’s okay.

Rest is not avoidance.
It’s awareness.

So many of us were taught that slowing down means falling behind.
That productivity equals worth.
That pushing through is strength.

But your nervous system doesn’t heal under constant pressure.
Clarity doesn’t come from exhaustion.
And growth doesn’t require burnout.

Sometimes the most responsible thing you can do
for your mental health is… pause.

Rest is productive because it allows you to return, calmer, clearer, and more regulated.

Healing isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes it looks like small shifts that you barely notice day-to-day. But they matter!

✨ You’re letting go of what no longer serves your peace
✨ You’re choosing rest instead of pushing yourself past your limit.
✨ You’re allowing yourself to feel your emotions instead of shutting them down.
✨ You’re becoming more aware of your triggers and patterns.
✨ You’re asking for help when things get heavy.
✨ You’re starting to set boundaries, even when it feels uncomfortable.

If any of these resonate with you, then you’re moving forward.
Remember, healing isn’t linear, it’s a journey with steps big and small.
