💥ROAD ACCIDENT FUND ATTORNEY

* 2 years experience post admission, specializing in RAF claims.

* You will be required to run your own files from inception to finalization within deadlines and timeframes stipulated by the directors. You must be able to work independently as well as being receptive to coaching and instruction where necessary.

* Attention to detail, creative thinking, problem solver and adaptive. Client and service focused.

* Required to draft own pleadings, notices and applications. Will be required to attend court with counsel.

* This is a role with growth and leadership opportunity, so only hard working, self-motivated, driven individuals need apply.

* Only candidates located in the East Rand will be considered.

* Salary is dependent on experience.

💥ROAD ACCIDENT FUND SECRETARY/PARALEGAL

* At the minimum, 2 to 5 years experience in handling all aspects of RAF claims from inception to completion.

* Great with clients, works well in a team and alone. Must be able to work independently and under supervision.

* Creative, out the box thinker. Someone who thinks beyond any basic task with the bigger picture of the claim and firm in mind.

* Excellent support to attorneys and strong admin skills. Deadline orientated. Tenacious, get it done, don't take no for an answer type.

* Salary is dependent on experience.

👉A driver (unless the driver was negligent and caused the accident)

3. What is the time process to lodge a claim?⏰⏱️⏲️
👉A claim must be lodged at the Road Accident Fund within 3 years of the date of the accident. 3️⃣
👉If the accident was a "hit and run," the claim must be lodged within 2 years of the date of accident.2️⃣

Baby Duma was born with cerebral palsy as a result of negligent treatment received during the birth process.
