Tension in the pelvic floor is one of the biggest causes of pelvic issues. Stress is a big factor in causing pelvic floor muscle tension and dysfunction. Painful Secs, leaking urine and constipation are usually worse in times of stress and mostly caused by tension rather than a weak pelvic floor.

there are so many physiological changes during pregnancy and these don't just immediately fix themselves once baby is out.
It take smooth for our hormones to normalise.
in the meantime you need to make sure that your body doesn't learn bad techniques by compensating.
You need to teach your body how to work in the correct sequence that will keep the pelvis stable while you are moving.

This is one reason why you can't rely solely on a belly binder for stability.
